Gavin manages the content, administration and technical development of www.wmro.org, the website of the West Midlands Regional Observatory. He also provides design advice, web-​based tools and training to support the Observatory in its ICT activities.

Recent projects include:
  • New WMRO website launched in May 2008.
  • Started Observations in July 2008, an experimental blog for insight, commentary and pointers to intelligence about the West Midlands region.
  • Launched a Register of Consultants in August 2008
  • Currently working on a project to streamline our Research enquiries service by using our website. This will benefit users of the enquiries service and Observatory staff answering enquiries.
